Cohesion3D LaserBoard

The Cohesion3D LaserBoard is a direct replacement for the M2 Nano and can be installed in under 20 minutes to provide an immediate performance upgrade as well as the ability to utilize LightBurn Software.

It runs Smoothie Firmware as shipped but can also run GRBL. Smoothie is the only firmware which calculates the PWM value based on acceleration every single step, resulting in the cleanest possible cut and even power around corners. 1. Hi Lasergods.. I have got my K40 working and i even engraved sone Black painted White acrylic to create whit e symbols. Very cool. But i also believen the Nano board needs to be replaced. So I will place the order for the Cohesian 3D controller. But another question. I have tried to cutt a 3 Mm acrylic plate with the 40 watt laser. It didn.t work. I suspect the Nano. Boeard is Not handeling the power very much. I powered it up to 9,90 %.. It burns and the airnossle does the job. But no complete cutt. For my project i need to cut another thickness. 2 mm acrylic. Do you know if a 40 Watt is good enough to cut thru 2 mm in one go?

    Regards and waiting
